1. INTRODUCTION
For purposes of this Refund Policy, “we” or “our” refers to Staronos and “you” or “your” refers to the customer. Please read this Refund Policy carefully as it constitutes your agreement with us.
By engaging us to provide our products to you, you agree to be legally bound by this Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Unless otherwise specified, any changes or modifications will be effective immediately and your continued use of our services after such time will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications.
2. REFUND
At Staronos we do all we can to meet your high expectations and stock products you will love.
Kindly note that only products ordered through our site will be eligible for a refund.
We allow customers to return our products within a period of 30 days in the event the product is not as stipulated in the website, you must send an email to us immediately. Kindly be advised that the products should be returned unopened and unused.
In the event the product has to be returned, you will be required to send us a picture demonstrating the reason as to why the product needs to be returned.
Kindly note that we will not indulge requests that involve misuse of the product. You understand that Staronos has the discretion to analyze and decide whether the product is being used in a proper manner.
3. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you think that at the moment of delivery the product is not as stipulated in the website, you must send us an email, providing the product details and the damage sustained.
We will carefully examine the returned product and will notify you by email within a reasonable period whether you have a right for a refund or exchange. The refunding of the product shall take place as soon as possible and in all cases within 30 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming that the refund of the product is going ahead.
If a defect or damage is confirmed on the returned products, we will give you a complete refund or exchange. In case of a refund will always be paid using the same payment means you used to pay for your purchase.
4. SEVERABILITY
In the event any provision or part of this Refund Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that particular provision or part so found, and not the entire Refund Policy, will be inoperative.
5. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, inducements and conditions, express or implied, oral or written, of any nature whatsoever with respect to the subject matter hereof. The express terms hereof control and supersede any course of performance and/or usage of the trade inconsistent with any of the terms hereof.
